Solo hay escasez de agua mineral en botella vidrio en restaurantes, afirma Canirac Saltillo

SALTILLO, COAH.- El presidente de la Canirac Saltillo, Éder López González, informó que no hay desabasto de refrescos y cervezas en los restaurantes de la capital coahuilense, solamente han tenido problemas con el agua mineral en envase de vidrio.
“Lo que está sucediendo con la Coca Cola es que no tenemos agua mineral de vidrio de 355 mililitros, sin embargo, sí hay agua mineral de 600 mililitros en envase de plástico, que es lo que ahorita estamos surtiendo”, apuntó.
“No hay escasez de producto”, subrayó el líder restaurantero pese a la crisis de agua que atraviesa Monterrey, Nuevo León, donde se ubica una de las principales cerveceras del país.

Asimismo aclaró que los otros productos como refrescos y bebidas alcohólicas fueron surtidos de manera normal y completos.
Éder López detalló que no ha habido un aumento de precios de refrescos y cervezas en los restaurantes afiliados a la Carnirac de Saltillo, a pesar de que las bebidas embriagantes en envase de vidrio se han encarecido en depósitos y expendios.
En estos puntos de venta, los encargados señalaron que las cervezas en botellas de vidrio aumentaron significativamente su costo, sobre todo las de presentación familiar o caguama y mega o caguamón.
Además en bares y restaurantes de la ciudad se empezó a vender este tipo de productos en lata, debido al desabasto de vidrio en algunas marcas de cerveza aunque en otras etiquetas no se presentó este problema.

Aunque el líder de la industria restaurantera en la capital coahuilense aclaró que no ha habido alzas en los precios, existe posibilidad de que en los próximos días impacte en la cerveza, pues a nivel nacional ya hubo incrementos en la materia prima para producir esta bebida, así como para envasarla, almacenarla y trasladarla.
