Auguran nuevo freno a industria automotriz, ‘motor’ de la economía mexicana

La agencia Reforma da a conocer este día que si bien a nivel global la industria automotriz ha caído en un bache en los últimos años, México no es la excepción y le resulta complicada su recuperación, ya que este ramo genera 32.3 por ciento del valor total de las exportaciones en México.
Recordemos que en 2018 la venta de autos a nivel global cayó por primera vez un 0.6 por ciento anual. Este año se espera una disminución nuevamente... lo que pondrá obstáculos a la recuperación económica del País.
La industria automotriz es muy importante para nuesro país, pues aportó el 20.7% de la producción manufacturera en 2018 y el 3.6 por ciento del PIB nacional.
Las ventas en México suman ya tres años a la baja, en 2017 un 7.1%, luego en 2018 nuevamente 7.1 y este año un 7.5.
Especialistas como Alik García, dicen que la reducción de la demanda mundial de vehículos, el aumento en las de tasas de interés de los principales bancos centrales en años previos y la incertidumbre respecto a la política comercial, ha provocado esta debacle en la industria automotriz a nivel mundial.
Asimismo, para Armando Soto, presidente y director general de la consultora Kaso y Asociados, "los aranceles impuestos por el gobierno de EU al acero y aluminio conllevaron al aumento en precios de los autos en el mundo".
Lo anterior, sin dejar de lado los nuevos modelos de movilidad como las app tipo Uber, el uso compartido de autos, bicicletas y scooters.
