Con desfile, así llegó la Navidad a Saltillo; familias disfrutaron encendido del pino
Luces, duendes, renos y Santa Claus llenaron a las familias del espíritu navideño en un desfile y encendido del pino navideño en la Plaza de las Ciudades Hermanas
SALTILLO, COAH.- Iniciando oficialmente con la temporada navideña en la ciudad, cientos de personas abarrotaron las principales avenidas de Saltillo para observar el tradicional desfile de Coca-Cola.
Luces, duendes, renos y Santa Claus llenaron a las familias del espíritu navideño durante el evento que finalizó en la Plaza de las Ciudades Hermanas con un evento de baile.
Fueron en total ocho carros alegóricos que fueron adornados con luces y publicidad de Coca-Cola, al igual que estuvo a bordo el ícono del oso polar de la marca que aborda cada año la temporada.
La convocatoria fue tal que en el último punto, las personas abarrotaron los camellones del bulevar.
De igual manera, el desfile generó un desastre vial en las mismas avenidas durante las horas de su trayecto, que se desarrolló en medio del punto de tráfico más alto que cada año vive la ciudad previo a la época de navidad, debido a la compra de regalos y el movimiento de efectivo.
La caravana arrancó en las oficinas de Arca Continental sobre el bulevar Fundadores y avanzó por Eulalio Gutiérrez.
Después, pasó por Jesús Valdes Sanchez, Mariano Abasolo, Luis Echeverría, Venustiano Carranza, y avanzó hacia el Centro Histórico por Ignacio Allende, Guadalupe Victoria, Emilio Carranza y finalizó en Francisco Coss, sobre la Plaza de las Ciudades Hermanas.
Durante el evento, la verbena fue lugar de vendimia de churros, nachos y globos alusivos a la temporada de navidad que fueron comprados por decenas de niños.
Para culminar con la apertura de la navidad, el desfile concluyó con el encendido del pino de navidad frente a una multitud de por lo menos 10 mil personas.
