Conductor presuntamente ebrio pierde el control y cae en arroyo de Ramos Arizpe

Julio César Flores estuvo al borde de la muerte después de volcar su automóvil en un arroyo cerca de los límites de Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila.
El hombre, de 42 años de edad, fue atendido por paramédicos de los bomberos y posteriormente trasladado a la Clínica Dos del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social.
Al momento del accidente, parecía estar bajo la influencia del alcohol y se dirigía hacia Saltillo en un Chevrolet Chevy.

Alrededor de las 12:30 horas, circulaba a alta velocidad por la carretera Monterrey-Saltillo en dirección sur. Poco antes de llegar al bulevar industrial General Motors, perdió el control de su vehículo y se precipitó directamente al arroyo de aguas negras. Afortunadamente, logró salir ileso.
Inicialmente se negó a ser llevado a un hospital, pero los agentes de policía municipal de Ramos le advirtieron que sería arrestado por conducir en estado de ebriedad y que las multas resultantes superarían los 20 mil pesos.
Para evitar enfrentar las consecuencias legales de su comportamiento, Julio César prefirió ser llevado a la clínica y quedarse bajo custodia.
El vehículo dañado fue retirado por una grúa y posteriormente llevado a un depósito donde quedó bajo la custodia de la agencia investigadora del Ministerio Público.
