Dan obras de rescate a exfuncionario federal en El Pinabete

La Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE) entregó las obras para rescatar los restos de los mineros de El Pinabete a una compañía en la que participa como socio un ex funcionario federal.
El pasado 26 de octubre, la CFE entregó la adjudicación directa a la empresa Construcciones Transforma S.A de C.V para “Obras para la búsqueda y recuperación de los mineros atrapados en la mina El Pinabete, Coahuila (Primera Etapa)”.
Para estas labores, la empresa productiva del Estado recibió una propuesta para estas labores por 32 millones 459 mil 779 pesos más el Impuesto al Valor Agregado.

En la empresa Transforma S.A de C.V aparece como socio Hugo Orosco del Río junto a Hernán Rodríguez Rafael, de acuerdo con su acta constitutiva de julio de 2005. Esta compañía tiene su sede en Veracruz.
Orosco del Río, además de ser socio de esta empresa, fue Gerente de Ingeniería en la Administración Portuaria Integral (API) de Veracruz, una dependencia federal encargada de operar el puerto de Veracruz.
En esta dependencia federal, Orosco ocupó cargos desde 2008. De acuerdo a su currículum publicado en el portal de la API de Veracruz, en septiembre de 2008 llegó como jefe de Departamento de Construcción, puesto en el que estuvo hasta junio de 2017.
Posteriormente asumió como subgerente técnico de Proyectos de la misma instancia, cargo que ocupó hasta septiembre de 2020, de acuerdo con datos de la Secretaría de la Función Pública.
