Detienen a saltillense por encender fogata en Los Lirios
Fue durante el fin de semana cuando Héctor “N” de 53 años, originario de Saltillo, fue sorprendido en el interior de una propiedad privada en Los Lirios, ejido de Arteaga, encendiendo una fogata en medio de la zona boscosa.
Lo anterior fue informado por voceros de la Dirección de la Policía Preventiva Municipal que participa en un operativo permanente para la prevención de incendios forestales en conjunto con la Dirección de Protección Civil y Bomberos, el Departamento de Ecología del municipio, del estado y la federación.
Afortunadamente, dicen, el fuego pudo contenerse y no causó daños mayores, sin embargo, el juez calificador se encuentra analizando la multa que podrían aplicar al responsable por haber faltado al Reglamento Para la Protección al Ambiente y La Preservación Ecológica de Arteaga.
La multa podría alcanzar los 45 mil pesos, monto que se ha aplicado a campistas y visitantes que han sido sorprendidos encendiendo fogatas en la Sierra de Arteaga, de acuerdo con la autoridad de seguridad.
Por eso, recordaron que para esta temporada vacacional de Semana Santa se está solicitando a los paseantes que eviten ingresar con asadores, carbón y entre otros materiales combustibles a la zona boscosa del pueblo mágico.
De hecho, el alcalde de Arteaga habría anunciado que los módulos de información turística instalados en cada uno de los cañones estarían realizando revisiones, retirando los posibles iniciadores de fuego y proporcionando una boleta informativa para que los visitantes puedan recoger sus objetos en su regreso, aclarando que no se trata de decomisos, si no, de una estrategia de prevención.
