Fuertes vientos tumban postes y árboles en Monclova
Desde el domingo se pronosticaron fuertes vientos y tormentas eléctricas para la Región Centro
Monclova, Coahuila.- Las fuertes ráfagas de viento que se registraron durante la madrugada de este lunes provocaron caída de árboles, nomenclaturas, postes y al menos un par de colonias se quedaron sin energía eléctrica.
Por la mañana, elementos de Protección Civil acudieron a la colonia Elsa Hernández para atender el reporte de la caída de un poste y árboles que bloquearon la calle Noche Buena casi esquina con Azucenas.
El director del departamento municipal, Agustín Ramos, informó que desde el domingo se pronosticaron fuertes vientos y tormentas eléctricas para la Región Centro, por lo que se mantuvieron en alerta.
“Se desataron fuertes vientos y una tempestad que bajó del norte, lo estuvimos monitoreando pero nos marcó que el peligro sería para los municipios de Múzquiz y Cuatro Ciénegas”, comentó.
En Monclova hubo poca lluvia pero las ráfagas de viento tumbaron postes, árboles, lonas de espectaculares y nomenclaturas. No hubo incidentes graves pero algunas colonias como la Elsa Hernández y Asturias se quedaron sin energía eléctrica por algunas horas.
Los elementos de Protección Civil y Bomberos trabajaron todo el lunes en retirar los árboles caídos de escuelas y colonias, acordonaron el área en donde se cayeron postes y reinstalaron las nomenclaturas.
