Protegerán 200 agentes Sierra de Arteaga

Para este periodo vacacional, Arteaga contará con 200 agentes de Protección Civil y Bomberos, Seguridad Pública, Secretaría de Medio Ambiente de Coahuila, Conanp y Conafor para vigilar el cumplimiento de las leyes y reglamentos por parte de los turistas.
A estos elementos se suma el grupo de WhatsApp de Vigilantes Ambientales en el que participan habitantes y brigadas de comunidades de la sierra del Pueblo Mágico, detalló Ramiro Durán, alcalde de Arteaga.
“Cerca de 200 elementos es lo que va a ser esta temporada de Semana Santa, nada más de Seguridad Pública son 100 en coordinación con Municipio, Estado y Federación, Protección Civil y dependencias en materia forestal, distribuidos en los diferentes cañones del municipio”, afirmó.
El alcalde Ramiro Durán García, recordó que está prohibido ingresar a la zona boscosa del municipio con carbón y asador, por lo que además se contará para la próxima temporada vacacional con seis módulos de prevención de incendios forestales e información turística en los diferentes cañones de la sierra.
