Llevarán agua de Saltillo a General Cepeda; para abastecer al campo

Frente a la problemática de desabasto de agua a la que se está enfrentando el municipio de General Cepeda, se ha puesto en la mesa del Ayuntamiento de Saltillo la posibilidad de llevar el líquido vital a aquel municipio para abastecer al campo.
Así lo informó el alcalde José María Fraustro Siller, quien apuntó que ya se ha tenido acercamiento con el presidente municipal Pablo Salas, de quien se espera enliste algunas de las comunidades que requieren de abastecimiento de agua.
“Ellos tienen problema, sobre todo en el campo y también estamos dispuestos a ayudarles si es lo que se requiere”, señala Fraustro Siller.

CUATRO PIPAS PARA SANTA CATARINA
Al mismo tiempo, señaló que el martes o miércoles de esta semana se estarán enviando cuatro tanques de agua a Santa Catarina, en Nuevo León, para dar solución momentánea a la escasez que se tiene en aquella región.
El suministro de esa cantidad de agua la estará pagando el Ayuntamiento de aquel municipio.
“Vamos a llevar los cuatro tanques de agua; esto no es nada económico, pero lo están pagando ellos que tienen el recurso, lo que no tienen es la tecnología para la administración y el manejo del agua que tampoco tienen”, explica.
Finalmente, afirmó que en Saltillo ya se han realizado exploraciones para conocer el abastecimiento de agua que se tiene en la ciudad:
“No tenemos problema con el abasto de agua, incluso pedí un estatus de operación de todos los pozos a Aguas de Saltillo para ver que no estemos en los límites de agua, estamos bien”, dice el Alcalde.
