Elon Musk logra recaudar 7 mil mdd para comprar Twitter

Elon Musk logró que varios fondos de inversión y otros millonarios aporten 7,000 mdd de los 21 mil mdd que se comprometió a dar de su bolsillo para comprar Twitter.
Este dinero que fue una contribución hecha por terceros es parte de los 21,000 millones que Musk se comprometió a pagar personalmente, y por otra parte los otros 23,000 mdd son préstamos bancarios.
Entre los millonarios que brindan su apoyo a Musk están Larry Ellison, cofundador de Oracle, así mismo la firma financiera Sequoia, la plataforma de intercambio de criptomonedas Binance y el príncipe saudí, Al Walid bin Talal, según un documento que se entregó a la Comisión de Bolsa y Valores de Estados Unidos (SEC).
Según se detalla en el texto Ellison es hasta ahora la persona que más aportará, con un total de 1,000 millones de dólares, mientras que Sequoia, que entregará 800 millones.

Fue el pasado 29 de abril cuando dio a conocer que el hombre más rico del mundo decidió vendió acciones de su compañía de vehículos eléctricos Tesla por un valor de 8,000 millones para la compra Twitter.

Por su parte, hace dos días The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reveló, citando a fuentes conocedoras del tema, que Musk está planeando vender Twitter en tres años.

En este sentido, WSJ también indicó que Musk estaba en contacto con fondos de inversión privada para solicitarles apoyo para pagar los 21,000 millones que prometió aportar como fondos propios para adquirir la red social.
