Busca Salud Coahuila con arte terapia prevenir el suicidio

La Secretaría de Salud del estado de Coahuila, presentó este viernes la estrategia “Arte para Valorarte 2023”, con la que pretende psicoeducar a la sociedad a través de talleres de arte en temas en salud mental y prevención del suicidio.
“De esta forma el arte no solamente nos va a facilitar la catarsis de las emociones, también nos va a ayudar a las formas nuevas de comunicación, de difusión y de información para la población general y generar redes de apoyo dentro de la comunidad”, detalló Ángel Alarcón, responsable de Salud Mental de la Secretaría de Salud de Coahuila (SSA).

Tres cafeterías y algunos centros comunitarios municipales serán los espacios donde cualquier persona, de cualquier edad, podrá tomar un taller de pintura denominado “Corazón mío”.
“Este taller es para recordarle al público que todos tenemos la capacidad de crear, que todos podemos desenvolvernos y que siempre vamos a tener como punto en común de todos los seres humanos el arte, es el lenguaje universal y pues el arte salvavidas”, dijo Mely Sando, artista encargada de la realización de los talleres.
Las cafetería sede de estos talleres son Casa Córdova, Calaca Café y Socobrena. Se realizarán 20, 21 y 28 de septiembre a las 18:00 horas. Para asistir al taller en Casa Córdova o Calaca Café, los interesados deben realizar un pre registro en las redes sociales Instagram @casacordoba_café, en Facebook Casa Córdoba y vía mensaje de WhatsApp, al 844 527 39 54 y @Calaca.cafetería en Instagram y Facebook.
A partir del 20 de septiembre y hasta el 10 de octubre, estos talleres se impartirán en los centros comunitarios municipales y el DIF Saltillo a las 10:00 horas. El de Oceanía será el lunes 2 de octubre. El de Pueblo Insurgente el lunes 9 de octubre. En el DIF Saltillo el martes 10 de octubre.
El 10 de octubre el Biblioparque Sur a las 16:30 horas será el lugar donde se impartirá un taller especial “Hambre Emocional”, que será impartido por Diana Farías, especialista en trastornos de la conducta alimenticia. El taller se replicará para la población general el martes 19 de septiembre en el Hospital General, el viernes 22 de septiembre en el Centro Comunitario Saltillo 2000, el martes 29 de septiembre en el Centro Comunitario Misión Cerritos, el miércoles 27 de septiembre en Biblioparque Sur, y el martes 3 de octubre en la Presidencia Municipal.
Este taller está enfocado a la enseñanza de la conexión entre lo que ingerimos de alimento y nuestras emociones con el objetivo de concientizar con lo que se nutren las personas.
