Denuncian despojo de tierras en ejido Arteaga

Alrededor de 50 propietarios del ejido Arteaga, en el municipio del mismo nombre, quieren que el comisariado ejidal, Marco Antonio Sánchez Quintero, dé la cara y haga juntas de asamblea porque han aparecido títulos falsos de sus propiedades; hay uno en específico cuyo rancho de 6 hectáreas valuado en 14 millones de pesos, tiene ahora tres dueños por firmas falsas autorizadas por comisariado.
Patricia Flores Quintero, actual propietaria en el ejido Arteaga, explicó que su caso estaba en juicio en el Tribunal Agrario en Monterrey por firmas que se habían detectado como falsas de un supuesto dueño, pero aún así y después de que el Registro Agrario Nacional había validado su título, apareció un tercer presunto propietario nuevo.
En el primero de los casos las firmas falsas se detectaron cuando estaba en funciones otro comisariado ejidal, pero el tercero que se dice dueño recibió el aval de una supuesta asamblea que convocó el comisariado Marco Antonio Sánchez Quintero.
El comisariado fue citado por el Tribunal Agrario hace unos días y la audiencia tuvo que ser diferida para el mes de agosto porque no se presentaron ni él, ni el resto del comité que lo acompaña: Julio Espinosa, secretario, y Luis Hernán Siller, tesorero.
En el ejido Arteaga, que está por el cañón de la Roja, a 15 minutos de la cabecera municipal antes de llegar a la carretera federal 57, hay inconformidad de 50 propietarios y ex ejidatarios por la aparición de títulos falsos de sus propiedades, con lo cual están en riesgo de perderlas.
Sin embargo, el actual comisariado se niega a realizar asambleas desde el pasado diciembre de 2020, incluso emitió una circular señalando la cancelación de la asamblea del domingo pasado “por no tener asuntos importantes a tratar”, cuando en realidad 50 personas han firmado un documento para solicitarle una asamblea y aclarar la aparición de los nuevos supuestos propietarios, en la cual aparece su firma y la del resto del comité.
Además alegan que si no se han realizado asambleas, porque ingresó a funciones apenas el pasado octubre de 2020, cómo es que supuestamente la asamblea autorizó los nuevos títulos y la compra-venta de terrenos a los supuestos compradores.
Flores Quintero señaló que su propiedad es de aproximadamente 6 hectáreas, actualmente tiene la posesión de la tierra y es una herencia, además está valuada en 14 millones de pesos.
