Ampliación del bulevar Nazario Ortiz beneficiará a cerca de 300 mil habitantes en Saltillo

Municipio pagará indemnizaciones para liberar derechos de vía
La ampliación del bulevar Nazario S. Ortiz Garza beneficiará a poco más de 300 mil habitantes, del nor-poniente de Saltillo de manera directa, informó Virgilio Verduzco Echeverría, director de Infraestructura y Obras Públicas Municipal.
“Estamos hablando de colonias altamente pobladas que vienen a beneficiar a unos 300 mil habitantes. Es un bulevar de 4.2 kilómetros que va desde el bulevar Vito Alessio hasta la calle Alameda Zaragoza para beneficiar a todas las colonias de ese sector para que tengan doble salida”, dijo.
Actualmente, la única salida que tienen es por el periférico Luis Echeverría y en horas pico se genera un gran congestionamiento.
Explicó que para liberar derechos de vía se dialoga con propietarios, alrededor de 15 de inmuebles, se realizan avalúos y negociarán el pago con base en los dictámenes.

“La instrucción que tenemos es no afectar a nadie, es tratar de que las obras sean en beneficio de la ciudadanía y no generar afectación en el patrimonio de algunos... algunas personas ya nos han donado, estamos trabajando con otras porque hay algunas viviendas que se ven afectadas y esas se tienen que negociar”, comentó.
De momento no hay fecha para iniciar los trabajos, que costarían cerca de 250 millones de pesos, todo dependerá de la liberación del derecho de vía. Hasta entonces iniciará el proceso de licitación, las demoliciones y la construcción de puentes sobre los arroyos.
Respecto al proyecto para agilizar la circulación en el bulevar Venustiano Carranza, señaló que ya cuentan con aforos y simuladores, y planean arrancar las adecuaciones de carriles antes de finalizar el año, lo que implicaría utilizar la franja de estacionamiento como un carril más.
