Transcurre vacunación de menores en Saltillo de forma ágil; todavía se tienen dosis disponibles

SALTILLO, COAH.- Niños y niñas de entre 5 a 11 años acudieron con sus familiares y tutores a los módulos de vacunación contra el COVID-19 en la plaza Sendero Sur, en Saltillo y en la Unidad Deportiva “Hugo Díaz Velázquez”, en Ramos Arizpe.
En ambos módulos se están aplicando dosis pediátricas de la farmacéutica Pfizer, teniendo disponibles 4 mil 500 biológicos en cada sede de vacunación.
Hasta este momento, el módulo de Sendero Sur ha aplicado cerca de mil 700 dosis mientras que en la Unidad Deportiva de la empresa Chrysler se han aplicado alrededor de 2 mil dosis contra el coronavirus.

La jornada de vacunación terminará a las 14:00 horas de la tarde, por lo que los coordinadores invitaron a los padres y tutores para que acudan con sus hijos para que sean inoculados.
En esta ocasión se está atendiendo únicamente a quienes lleven la letra “A” como inicial en su apellido paterno, las letras consiguientes serán convocadas en los próximos días.
“Desconocemos los días en que se vacunará a los niños y niñas con inicial “B” pero invitamos a las familias para que se queden al pendiente de las redes sociales oficiales de la Secretaría del Bienestar, ya que ahí se estarán anunciando las próximas convocatorias”, detalló el coordinador de uno de los módulos.

Cabe mencionar que la Secretaría de Salud de Coahuila advirtió sobre el internamiento de tres niños y niñas en el área COVID del Hospital Materno-Infantil; su estado de salud se reporta como estable, sin embargo, para prevenir los síntomas y contagios de menores es necesario que sean vacunados contra la enfermedad provocada por el SARS-CoV-2.
