‘Existe violencia en México y también en EU’, responde Ken Salazar a AMLO

Reiteró que su trabajo es generar confianza entre ambas administraciones
El embajador de Estados Unidos, Ken Salazar, admitió que tanto en Estados Unidos como en México hay violencia e inseguridad, además, dijo que ambos gobiernos deben trabajar en coordinación para combatir el crimen organizado, principal responsable de esta problemática.
“Tenemos que trabajar en todo esto como socios, reconociendo que hay problemas en lugares en México y en lugares en Estados Unidos también”, admitió durante una entrevista con medios de comunicación, luego de que se le cuestionara sobre los dichos del presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador.

Fue el día de ayer, durante una de sus conferencias matutinas, cuando el mandatario desestimó las alertas de seguridad que emitió el país vecino. “Es una campaña en contra de México de los políticos conservadores de Estados Unidos, no quieren que se transforme al país”, dijo.
“Es más seguro México que Estados Unidos. No hay ningún problema para viajar por México con seguridad, pero eso además lo saben los ciudadanos estadounidenses y lo saben nuestros paisanos que están allá, están bien informados”, acusó AMLO.
Por otro lado, Ken Salazar reviró que “el poder de los cárteles es realidad”, durante su participación en la inauguración del Sexto Simposio de Ciencias Forenses. Igualmente, que se debe atacar la crisis de desapariciones en México y el tráfico de armas de fuego.

“Desmantelar a los cárteles es prioridad del presidente Biden y de Estados Unidos, pero siempre trabajando como socios con México y siempre respetando la soberanía de México”, apuntó, enseguida, afirmó que su trabajo es generar confianza con el gobierno del país, así como dentro de la administración de López Obrador.
