CDMX.- El consejero presidente del INE, Lorenzo Córdova sostuvo que se mantiene la confianza en el órgano electoral a pesar de la campaña de descalificación en su contra desde el Gobierno.
Durante la XXXIII Asamblea General Ordinaria de los Medios Públicos, Lorenzo Córdova Vianello manifestó que mantiene una confianza ciudadana arriba de 60 por ciento pese a “sufrir una sistemática, planeada, campaña de descalificación desde los circuitos gubernamentales”.
El consejero presidente aseguró que el INE tiene la capacidad para organizar las elecciones de 2024, sin necesidad de una reforma electoral.
“De cara a esa elección (de 2024), ¿es necesaria una reforma electoral? Me parece que la respuesta es clara y contundente: No, no es necesaria ¿Si no vamos a una reforma está en riesgo la democracia en 2024? La respuesta es clara, no”, expresó el consejero.
