Vinculan a proceso a Salvador González Guerrero, titular del INM en Ciudad Juárez tras incendio
Al momento, van siete detenciones de servidores públicos acusados por homicidios y lesiones en lo que se refiere al siniestro del centro migratorio
Luego de una audiencia, celebrada durante el día de hoy, un juez vinculó a proceso al titular del Instituto Nacional de Migración (INM) de Ciudad Juárez, Salvador González Guerrero, por los delitos de omisión de responsabilidad de brindar seguridad a los migrantes que se encontraban en una estación donde, tras un incendio, fallecieron 40 centroamericanos.
Esto, porque se determinó que había pruebas suficientes para tal acción; específicamente, se le señaló por los delitos de homicidio, lesiones y ejercicio indebido del servicio público. Por ello, llevará su proceso recluido en el Centro de Reinserción Social (Cereso) número 3 de Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.

Cabe destacar que fue detenido el pasado domingo 16 de abril, mientras se encontraba en un restaurante ubicado en la frontera de México; se trata del primer mando del INM en ser vinculado a proceso por el siniestro, que también dejó 27 lesionados.
La aprehensión del funcionario se llevó a cabo, pese a que éste había solicitado un amparo, el 13 de abril, sin embargo, elementos de la Unidad de Investigación y Delitos para personas Migrantes de la Fiscalía General de la República (FGR) cumplimentaron el arresto, en la colonia Jardines del Aeropuerto, en el restaurante El Corralito.
En el caso de Francisco Garduño, titular a nivel nacional del instituto migratorio, su audiencia será celebrada el próximo martes, luego de que fuera suspendida el pasado viernes.
